Richard Darling established Darling Homes Inc, in 1993 and was founded on the premise of single source accountability building relationships based on trust, quality and his in-depth knowledge in the construction industry.

An Arizona native, Richard prides himself on delivering quality design build services, new construction and remodeling contracting. Throughout his career in the construction industry, he has continued to provide the highest of standards, integrity, trust, performance, and accountability from his team. He puts emphasis on creativity and variety in his work to exceed client expectations.

Richard Darling, the principal of Darling Homes, with over 30 years of construction experience in the building industry brings the following expertise to Darling Homes which includes being the Director of Construction and Land Development for the Castle Cooke Corporation (2000-2005); VP of Home Building for Lyle Anderson Corporation – Scottsdale (2005-2008); in addition to completing major projects for the Army Corps of Engineers (2008-2020).
